We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Note:

• You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product's condition.
• Once your defect or damaged item is received and inspected, it meets our return policy requirement, we send you a replacement at no additional cost.
• If inspected and found that returned items are not eligible for return due to not meeting the requirement in the return policy, we will reject it and decline to issue a refund or credit.
• Please note in a situation whereby the item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address specified in the original order and the shipping fee will be deducted, and we will not be issuing a refund or credit.
• Also shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged product).
• If you wish to cancel your order while it's in the shipping process, please note that you'll need to wait until you've received the package before initiating a return request. This is due to the intricate procedures involved in Cross-Border Shipping, including domestic and international customs clearance, as well as coordination with local and international shipping carriers and agencies.
• Please do NOT send your return package to the sender's address on your package Received, as this is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. It should be sent only to the address on the Return Label we provide or else we would not be held responsible for sending it to the wrong address.

Return Shipping

Return is free on first return package, but you must purchase shipping label, we provide return shipping labels for our customers within the United States. Utilizing these labels is the preferred method for returning items.
With a return shipping label, you'll have the advantage of tracking your return and receiving your credit promptly compared to handling the return on your own.
If you have already returned your package from an order but would like to make additional returns of item in the same order, return shipping labels are available for purchase at $3.99 for single-item returns or $7.99 for multiple-item returns. You can purchase the labels, and all returns can be processed through our Returns Portal.

Note:
If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 14 business days of delivery by submitting attachments of proof in the Online Request
Also ensure that you send the return package to us within 30 days after the purchase date.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you received incorrect color/size. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours immediately upon receiving the item.

If you wish to exchange the item for the same product, the quickest method will be to initiate a return as per our Return policy within 7 days of receiving the product and then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
