Additional Shipping Policy

To ensure timely delivery of your Apryl Stylez Fashion package, it is essential to accurately input your address with all relevant details. This includes using proper abbreviations, providing street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any applicable route information. Apryl Stylez Fashion cannot be held liable for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during purchase. Please note that PO Box delivery will limit the shipping options at checkout. We partner with various carriers to ensure that your items arrive on time and major carriers with Priority and Expedited won’t provide shipping service to PO Box addresses. Additionally, APO/FPO/Private Mail Bag addresses are not acceptable.   [Note]: A post office box, PO box, POB, or postbox is a locked, rented container from which the recipient can receive and remove mail. It is usually located within a post office and requires a fee for use. It's NOT the mailbox located in your house or flat. 

Please fill out a valid street address instead of unchecking the PO box address at checkout.

For international shipments, goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By making a purchase, the consignee authorizes Apryl Stylez Fashion to import the goods on their behalf. Additionally, the consignee acknowledges that Apryl Stylez Fashion may assign the duty of importing the goods to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. The consignee is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time:

Every purchase undergoes a processing duration distinct from the transit time required for delivery post-collection from our fulfillment center by the relevant carrier. Standard domestic and international orders might necessitate up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) for processing, contingent upon various factors.

Upon authorization and verification of your payment, Standard orders may still demand up to 2-4 business days, Expedited orders may still necessitate up to 3 business days, and Rush orders may still require up to 1 business day for processing. Please note that this is an approximation and does not encompass weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing weather conditions, high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apryl Stylez Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Kindly be aware that deliveries to locations within the United States might require 2-12 business days from the shipping date, not necessarily from the order placement date, contingent upon the chosen shipping method and the ultimate destination of the order.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking details as soon as they are available. so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

For orders within the United States and internationally, we typically utilize USPS or UPS for most destinations. Alternative carriers may be chosen at our discretion to fulfill shipping needs.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We specialize in efficient shipping to ensure your orders reach you on time. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your country, ensuring speedy delivery. In the rare instance that the item you've selected is unavailable at the designated warehouse, we will promptly transfer it to another facility and ship it from there. This may result in your orders being dispatched from different countries, but rest assured, our priority is your satisfaction.

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you decline any deliveries from Apryl Stylez Fashion.com, you will pay the initial shipping fees as well as the return shipment costs to us. These expenses will be subtracted from any credited amount.

Additionally, we highlight any thresholds for free shipping as an incentive. Any potential additional fees, such as duties and taxes, are clearly stated to avoid surprises during checkout.

We can deliver to PO Boxes using USPS. Nonetheless, expedited shipping cannot be facilitated to a PO Box.
Policy on Deliveries: In case of loss or absence of your parcel, it is necessary to reach out to us within 48 Hours from the delivery date to qualify for either a store credit or a re-shipment. Apryl Stylez Fashion does not assure liability for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and will evaluate each case individually.

Also, if you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at Apryl Stylez Fashion.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Claims regarding Deliveries:
We will support you in collaborating with the carrier to finalize the claims procedure. Please be aware: The processing of claims can extend up to 30 days (varying with the shipping carrier utilized).

Apryl Stylez Fashion does not assume or acknowledge accountability for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits are not provided for parcels the carrier confirms as delivered. Items not in stock: In cases where your order comprises multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we will proceed to dispatch the remaining items in your order. A refund will be issued to your initial payment method for the item(s) not available.

Moreover, Apryl Stylez Fashion retains the right to independently determine and restrict, decline, or cancel orders from customers at any juncture due to:

• An abnormal or excessive pattern of returns suggestive of "wardrobing;"
• An abnormal or excessive history of returns involving used, modified, washed, damaged, or absent items; or, Suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior.
