30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Easy Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Simply send us a quick photo of the issue, and once approved, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the product’s condition before a return is approved.

  • If your defective or damaged item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return policy requirements, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If the returned item does not meet our return policy conditions, the return will be rejected, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the original delivery address, and any shipping fees will be deducted.

Shipping & Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We may request photo or video evidence before approving a defective/damaged return.
  • Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package; only use the address we provide.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear
  • Beauty & personal care products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–20 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, posting times may vary.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit for faster resolution.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as our standard return policy.
